How do I get started with Managed Services?

There is some setup required for the remote support software and remote network management. Once we get those deployed we can start supporting your team right away!

What features are available with your VOIP telephone solution?

We have many available features to include: voicemail to email, call parking, call forwarding, call recording, and video conference calling. We can also integrate with our access control/camera systems to allow users to access and control them directly from the desk phone.

Do you perform computer repair?

We do not, however we do partner with local computer repair shops for our Managed Service customers convenience.

What kind of compliance consulting can you offer?

We have experience with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulation, Protected Health Information (PHI-HIPAA) requirements, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) best practices.

Is your camera and/or access control solutions NDAA compliant?

Yes! Additionally our access control solution is UL 294 certified to meet Level 1 standards for destructive attack resistance, backup power, line security and endurance.

Do you require a contract?

We do not. We want you to retain our services because you like the value we deliver, not because your are under contract.
